Pickup at Gibson's on Central, 2646 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33712, in the Grand Central District. Pickup orders are ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you the moment yours is ready. Whoever picks up needs to bring the order number and a photo ID.

How soon will my order be ready?

Within 24 hours. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready, so please wait for that email before you come in.

How do I know an item is in stock?

Every item on the Shop page is on the floor at our shop, and we update stock as pieces sell.

Where and when do I pick up?

At 2646 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg's Grand Central District, during store hours: Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.

What do I need to bring?

The order number and a valid photo ID. We check ID for everyone who picks up an order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Enter their name in the order notes at checkout. They will need to bring the order number and a photo ID that matches the name on the order.

What if a piece sells in the shop before I check out?

It's rare, but if it happens we'll contact you right away to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Can you hold a piece for me?

We don't hold pieces without payment. To reserve a piece, order it online and choose pickup, and we'll set it aside for you.

What if a piece isn't in stock?

Pieces that are not in the shop right now are marked Coming Soon. Leave your email and we'll tell you when it arrives.
