- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We ship furniture using trusted carriers and delivery partners.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order, typically ranging from 7–14 business days.
- Large furniture items may be delivered via freight service. In such cases, the delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery address.
- For larger furniture items, additional handling or white-glove delivery fees may apply.
- Delivery Guidelines
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture items will fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators at the delivery location.
- Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
- We will work quickly to resolve the problem with repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Shipping Locations
- Currently, we ship within United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
