  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship furniture using trusted carriers and delivery partners.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order, typically ranging from 7–14 business days.
  • Large furniture items may be delivered via freight service. In such cases, the delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery address.
  • For larger furniture items, additional handling or white-glove delivery fees may apply.
  • Delivery Guidelines
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture items will fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators at the delivery location.
  • Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the problem with repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship within United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
